egg box production line consists of several parts working together to produce egg tray from waste paper. The egg tray production line typically works like this:
Doughing:
Waste paper is first shredded and mixed with water in the pulping machine to form a pulp mixture.
Forming:
The dough mix is then transferred to a forming section that shapes the dough into egg box molds. Molds can be customized to produce egg trays of different sizes and shapes.
Drying:
The newly created egg trays are then sent to a drying oven where they are heated at high temperature to dry the excess water.
Stacking:
After drying, the egg trays are stacked neatly automatically by a stacking mechanism.
Packaging:
Finally, the egg trays are packed in bundles and ready for shipment.
